When you come to our office for your preventive examination, x-rays and hygiene maintenance, we will provide you with bleaching trays and materials for a one-time enrollment fee of $99. If you are an existing patient, and have purchased whitening previously from us, and have current bleach trays, then your one-time enrollment fee is grandfathered in at only $49. Then, at each recommended preventive visit, we will give you complimentary bleaching gel.  This ensures that you will be able to keep your teeth bright and beautiful for life!
